The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) faced this very question after noticing that some players were winning multiple raffle prizes across different events in short timeframes. Could this simply be luck, or did it signal something deeper about fairness and integrity in electronic raffles?

In this session, the AGCO team shares the story behind their review and analysis of three years of electronic raffle outcomes. Brad is the Lead Mathematician for the AGCO’s Gaming Lab, where he is responsible for assessing and investigating all forms of electronic gaming equipment and systems such as casino games and online raffle systems.
