Regulator Only Town Hall

NAGRA will hold a regulator only “Town Hall” discussion with attorneys from Spiro, Harrison & Nelson. Evan Bianchi, partner, will discuss an amicus brief to be filed in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in the KashiEX v. Hendrick case that will focus on the work and role of gaming regulators. Open to regulators only, this discussion will provide an overview of the amicus brief process and will serve as a platform for answering questions regarding potential individual participation of any NAGRA member in the event that any individual members would like to sign on to the brief.
